Tamsin Smith BSc (Hons) Public Health Nutrition
The advice that I give is based on a balanced diet and scientific knowledge of nutrition. I find a way to adapt the foods you eat to fit within your lifestyle. This is how obstacles are overcome and is the key to a sustainable way of healthy eating and achievement of your goals.
Wise nutrition will ensure your path to success is a realistic and maintainable one.
I studied at the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff. Whilst in Cardiff I also worked with families in the community to promote Healthy Eating in the 2010 ‘Food and Fitness for Families’ project. Since University I have worked particularly in weight loss, weight management, and sports nutrition.
I understand the ups and downs that come with aiming to achieve personal goals. I offer ongoing support for one month following a dietary analysis, follow-up or diet plan. I feel that support and motivation is important to achieving and maintaining goals. My passion for nutrition and knowledge of the importance of having a healthy body means I want you to achieve your goals!
